She wore blue.
She wore jewels
That matched her eyes
Choosing one or two
From those scattered on the bed,
And kept all the rest
In a black laquered box
From Japan.
She wore red.
She wore Chanel.
She wore a look
That simply sparkled
From the diamond of herself.
Placed on a mirrored tray,
Her thoughts as far away
As the square cut glass
From Paris.
Her eyes wore silver grey.
And the crystal bedside lamp
Would click off.
Velvet slipper soft,
She wore dancing shoes
When they were young.
She loved my father.
She wore No. 5.
She wore her smile.
She wore black and white
In photographs
In classic tailored style.
But that was long ago, when he
Was here to make her happy.
They flew to Europe
In a plane they called Swiss Air
Wearing Heaven on her sleeve.
She wore it well.
She wore a pure silk scarf
That held the fragrance
Of herself.
Placed on the dresser top,
There’s still a drop
At the bottom of her
Broken heart.
She wore Chanel.
And the crystal bedside lamp
Would click off.
Velvet slipper soft,
She wore dancing shoes
When they were young.
She loved my father.
And wore No. 5.

The stupidest and most inane show ever to be aired on Network TV, the reality show – ‘Fear Factor’, was hosted by a man who is anything but stupid and inane.
Joe Rogan is a thoughtful interesting man who has a lot of profound things to say about everything under the sun. If I were an executive producer of a major network or cable outlet, I think Joe Rogan would be an ideal candidate to consider for some sort of talk show in which he would have free rein to spew his unusual take on state of affairs, popular culture, and life in general.
First and foremost, let’s briefly take a look at his resume and some of his eclectic interests and qualifications: 1. He’s a martial arts practitioner, MMA enthusiast, and UFC color commentator (without which, I earnestly don’t believe the UFC would be as accepted and as popular as it is today). 2. He’s a stand – up comedian (with real comic talent, unlike a Howard Stern who couldn’t do stand – up to save his life) 3. He has whacky and fascinating convictions with interestingly thoughtful evidence which flies in the face of certain generally accepted facts, such as man landing on the moon. 4. He publicly and unapologetically smokes cannabis – lol. 5. He’s in tune with politics, popular culture, and has interesting opinions about everything and finally 6. If Ellen DeGeneres (the most uninteresting person alive, aside from the fact she’s a gay woman who can dance), Dr. Phil, Unfunny Jay leno (who tries to be like Letterman but fails miserably) and Rosie O’Donnel can get a show …. so, why not Joe Rogan ? I am at a loss.
So WHADAYATHINK ? What do you think ? Just Google or YouTube Joe Rogan and you’ll see what I mean. This guy is good – I’d watch his show.

Yet another inappropriate and criminal sexual encounter has been reported.
This seems like this is becoming an epidemic in which high school teachers use their age and life experience to indecently “charm” and ultimately lure under-aged children into engaging in criminal sexual behavior with him or her. Shame on you ! The latest pervert is a one. James Hooker (interesting last name) 41, who was arrested yesterday for having inappropriate relations (to use slick Willie’s words) with a 17 year old in 1998. He was currently living with another student (of age, 18) and it’s obvious as the nose on one’s face that this Hooker fellow has been preying on students his whole career.
I’m not going to write a whole lot about this situation and I am interested to hear what you readers have to say or think about this ugliness. It’s almost understandable when a professor falls for one of his students (certainly inappropriate but at least the students are young adults – the youngsters in high school are just kids) So whadayathink ? What do you think ? No wonder Hollywood recently made a movie above about this called ‘Bad Teacher’ with Cameron Diaz. This is a serious issue but just for fun I included ‘Hot For Teacher’ by Van Halen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyMQLrnbBgE&feature=fvst

I can’t emphasize enough, how important it is for people to leave comments related to a specific blog or blogs. Sadly, there are people out there who leave flattering comments without ever having read what I’ve painsakingly written. I am aware of the fact that people go on my on my site and leave a plethora of bogus comment just so one can increase his or her SEO ranking.
I am fortunate to have people who love this site and leave sincere and incisive comments. After all it’s the comments that make this site great; we are here to post trends, current events, controversial, thought provoking stories to galvanize dicussion and create threads.
We spend an inordinate amount of time going through our mail and posting comments from those people who have something to contribute. If you have any sort of criticism by all means let us know. Your comments are important! So please read, enjoy, have fun, make a comment, but please don’t comment if you haven’t read the material. We want WHADAWETHINK to be a part of your day and nothing thrills us more than to see comments that add to the blog.

This is the 2nd blog I’ve written on this very topic. Only comments that provide specific information pertinent to the blog will be posted. These ‘bots’ are sometimes difficult to discern so someone who has something positive to say please provide an illustrtion about the blog itself . No need to comment on the site nor the blogger. So Thank you in advance for all the praise from all the legitimate readers out there but we will post only those comments that add insight, provide information, relay personal experience, and galvanize interaction.
For example – ‘great post you’re great’ will not be posted.
Lets be creative.
