Would You Vote For “Carlos Danger” ?

July 24th, 2013 by Michael Tabor

postweinI am shocked that there are people out there who are still willing to give Anthony Weiner another chance. Now, for clarification purposes, the most recent revelation is that his creepy “sexting” did cease (as far as we know) after he announced his decision to run for mayor of New York City, however the aberrant behavior continued on for about another year after he resigned from congress in 2011.

In my opinion, even if he was a single man, the erect penis photos and the “tweets” were and are monumentally inappropriate and laughably lame (Carlos Danger ??? ) The fact that he’s a married man whose wife had just given birth to a boy just exacerbates the perception of his behavior.

Even if you’re super liberal and you find his antics just a matter of innocuous flirtation (I find it unfathomable that a person would really think this way, but…), his actions nevertheless outraged the public, his constituency, and his colleagues enough to ask and demand that he resign in the first place, so why would he continue to do it ??? He’s clearly demonstrated that he’s suffering from some sort of pathology and needs treatment. Furthermore, it’s obvious that he’s a reckless man (Carlos Danger)and not fit for representing the public and making important decisions on our behalf.

So WhaDaYaThink ? What do you think ?Weiner supporters may suggest that, not unlike the Bill Clinton/Monica Lewinsky affair, this is a personal matter between Anthony Weiner and his wife, Huma Abedin and has nothing to do with being mayor and public policy.  Fair enough, vote for him, I think he’s creepy.

I had always liked Weiner, but I guess the fact of the matter is that anyone who lacks that kind of self control doesn’t belong in office. Granted there are many in office who don’t belong, but why give this jerk another chance…………………….and this comes from a staunch Democrat.

I know chip. He’s articulate, ambitious (that’s not always such a good thing), and seems like he might be able to get things done but he’s such a weirdo creep. Btw, have you seen the pics. of him -lol. Granted, he’s in shape, but he looks sooooo funny naked – it’s weird. He really is a nut – job ….why would you destroy yourself and your whole career over such a cheap thrill ??? He DEFINITELY needs major therapy

  3. Anonymous Says:

Mike, we”re having the same problem in San Diego. The mayor, a lifelong democratic congressman and now mayor, has sexually harassed women his whole career. Not surprisingly most of his liberal supporters want to give him a free pass and keep his job. It is absolutely pathetic and sad that anyone would condone this creepy behavior. If someone continually cheats on his wife like Wiener, how can u trust them in public office, and why r liberals so inclined to do so?

The Delusional Deranged Demented Doctor Danger. Deliriously Laughable.

I know what you mean. Yes, I did see the photos and what make it funny is he’s really a nerdy looking guy who it’s obvious to see that he thinks the world of (himself). A sexual legend in his own mind!!!! The Weiner is a big weenie (or small weenie, hard to tell in photos…………hahahaha)

  6. Michael Tabor Says:

hahhaahha – You said it, Chip hahaahah too funny !!! He’s as dorky & nerdy as a man can be, yet the twist is , as you said Chip, he thinks he’s a stud – lol. Weiner has this gargantuan club attached to that teeny – weeny body … and the chats he has with these tomatoes are so hysterically adolescent & just so moronic “you don’t show enough appreciation for my package” Yet the irony is that he can stand before congress and give this absolutely brilliant, savvy, and nuanced speech on the complexities of healthcare or the AIDS epidemic, etc.

Hey Anonymous – What is it w/politicians and sex ??? & this goes for public servants on both sides of the aisle. The question is should we care ? I think it depends: having a weird fetish or an infidelity, ahhh it’s not good but that’s something that must be worked out between the spouses …However, sexual harassment is definitely a no – no & a politician most definitely ought to be booted. I also think Weiner crossed the line too as I stated in the blog.

The corruption of power as shown by Politicians, Military leaders and various C.E.O.’s who feel they can literally get away with anything once again is exposed. Whether boredom, ego or total distain for the rules is a motivating factor is undetermined. Whatever the cause, the pattern of flaunting the rules is of no concern until these individuals are caught. What emerges is an incomprehensible pattern for people to ignore these breaches of conduct and still defend these miscreants. The fawning, please forgive me, statements by Weiner show how pathetic and inconsequential this man really is. In politics ,what we vote for is what we deserve.

  9. Michael Tabor Says:

Hi Le Duke – I agree with everything you stated especially the point you made about the fact that these over – privileged, over paid, egomaniacal cads insincerely apologize ONLY when they get caught.

  10. Rick Says:

Le Duke is right on. Power makes some think they are among the gods.
